Downsizing of one larger tenant to create two smaller tenancies and adding a third to the end of the building. We worked with the client in an ECI arrangement and won the first and second stages of the work, the final stage has not been awarded yet. We are the structural consulant on the final stage currently. We were the structural consultant on the first and second stages.
