We have now completed projects across a range of industry sectors including retail, commercial, industrial, hospitality, residential, education, childcare, technology and remedial, and we look to continue broadening our sector experience. We aspire to continue to reach new company and industry benchmarks whilst continuing to provide a personalised service to all of our clients. ARNCON is actively involved in industry, a member of the Master Builders Association and is dedicated to best practices in quality and safety to be a reliable construction partner for all our clients.

Alex Arnheim
Alex is the founder and Managing Director of ARNCON with over 20 years of extensive experience in all facets of constuction. Alex's experience includes working as a Site Manager and Project Manager on retail, educational, industrial, commercial refurbishment, mining, multi-storey residential, civil, fit-out and new build projects.
Alex is heavily involved in the day-to-day delivery of his projects and he also possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills. He thrives in collaborative environments, actively engaging with clients, architects, subcontractors, and team members to foster strong working relationships. This open and transparent approach ensures effective communications channels, allowing for seamless project coordination and ultimately, client satisfaction.
One of Alex's standout qualities is his exceptional ability to consistently deliver jobs on time. His wellhoned project management skills and systematic approach ensure that deadlines are met without compromising the quality of work.

Alex is the founder of ARNCON with 20 years’ experience in the industry. Known for consistently delivering on time and under budget, Alex combines strong construction technical expertise with a collaborative approach that builds lasting client and consultant relationships.
Alex leads the company’s finance and operations in conjunction with maintaining key client relationships. His client-centric management style, along with hands-on leadership and a focus on quality and value, have earned him a reputation as a trusted construction partner.
His personal involvement in every project has been a key driver of repeat business from ARNCON’s clients, best-for-project outcomes, and the building of long-term client relationships.
Hamish Molesworth – Director
Hamish Molesworth joined ARNCON as a Director in 2023 and brings nearly 21 years of experience in the construction and development industry. He has held senior leadership roles on projects up to $120m across education, retail, industrial, hospitality, residential, and commercial sectors.
Known for his commercial acumen, personable approach, and ability to drive best-for-project outcomes, Hamish leads ARNCON’s strategic direction, delivery, and operational excellence. His focus on integrity, professionalism, and value for money underpins every engagement, ensuring ARNCON projects are delivered to the highest standard.
