Construction of a new 6500sqm truck yard, engaged as a D&C contractor. We built a new office inside the existing warehouse as a separate fire compartment in order to remove the requirement for the internal fire sprinklers, which also meant we didn't need the underground sprinkler tank in the truck yard. We also incorporated a truck wash, a new swale retention tank, new power upgrade to the site, and all required services.
