ARNCON was engaged as the D&C contractor for the 6500sqm truck yard and new office inside the existing warehouse as a separate fire compartment order to eliminate the requirement for the interno fire sprinkler upgrade, which resulted in the client avoiding the requirement to excavate and install and underground sprinkler tank in the truck yard. The project scope also incorporated a truck wash, a new swale retention tank, new power upgrade to the site, and all required services.
