ARNCON was appointed for the two separate stages of work for Bakers Maison's facilityin Revesby
in 2020 and 2021. The first stage involved building a new freestanding structural steel mezzanine in
order to expand the operations of the bakery. An enclosed structure was built, complete with tiling, air
conditioning and ventilation to suit the 12 new workstations and new general manager's office.
The second stage involved demolishing the old office section, and converting into a new space featuring a large kitchen, breakout area and amenities, complete with all joinery and seating.
